Rulle älskar Titti! De rullar omkring och är alltid tillsammans. Tills den dagen, på sjukhuset, när mättanten säger till Titti att Rulle blivit för liten. Titti måste ha en ny rullstol. Vad ska hända med Rulle? Snabbt smiter Rulle ut genom dörren och det är nu som äventyret börjar!

Wheelie loves Tina! They roll around and spend all the time together. Until one day, at the hospital, the measurers tell Tina that Wheelie is too small. Tina needs a new wheelchair. What will happen to Wheelie? Wheelie quickly sneaks out the door and the adventure begins!
